We drop ship some items from a warehouse in the US and we also ship from here in Canada.

I only seem to be able to add Canadian locations from the plugin. When it comes to adding specific rules for shipping classes I see you only allow up to 3 entries. Is there a way to add more? Ideally I would like to have it so that just a set flat rate option is available when shipping from the US just to cover my cost that the US drop ship company will charge me and then have regular Purolator options for when shipping from Canada. I guess the issue there is if someone has put multiple items in their cart.

This particular flat-rate method can be configured by shipping class as well. If we were to use Purolator for our shipments from the US as well how do we go about allowing the plugin to set up a US based place of origin.

Right now in the plugin we only see Canada as an option when trying to set up a place of origin. Is this something that needs to be setup with Purolator directly? Let me know if you are able to ship with Purolator from the US location and I will look into this functionality.

The web store has no dynamic shipping rates at all. My client is based in Canada and uses Canada Post specifically we now use your Canada Post plugin, which is great btw! She also has a Purolator account. Will this plugin work for her needs? Will my client have to weigh and measure the contents of the packages and enter those details into each product separately? Or can she do it manually after the product has been ordered? I am not familiar with how Purolator works, will my client have to print a shipping label?

If so, does your plugin provide that functionality? Besides having a Purolator Developer account, is there any other service, free or paid, required to use this plugin?
